A Staten Island Ferry crew rescued a man who jumped off the side of the vessel yesterday, authorities said.

The 31-year-old Pennsylvania man leaped from the Manhattan-bound boat at about 5:30 p.m.

Crew members spotted the man in the water, and used a small rescue boat to pull him out about 15 minutes later.

He was taken for psychiatric evaluation.
