This twisted pervert raped an elderly woman yesterday in a Bronx elevator, police said.

The sicko followed the 79-year-old woman into the elevator at her Westchester Square building at 2 a.m. and punched her in the face before attacking her and taking off.

The victim was taken to Jacobi Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition. Police said the suspect, who is believed to be Hispanic, is in his 20s and about 5-foot-7.

He wore a black T-shirt with the numbers “00” on the back.
