Police today identified the victim of a deadly Saturday night shooting outside a Lower East Side barber shop.

Victim Charles Fernandez started brawling with another man inside Jose Beauty Salon and Barber Shop on Forsyth Street, and the fight spilled outside, cops said.

That’s where Fernandez, 29, was fatally shot in the chest at around 9:30 p.m.

“They were running down the street,” said shop owner Jose Fernandez.

Fernandez, who lived on Mott Street, managed to put himself in a cab to Bellevue Hospital, where he died of his injuries, cops said.

Cops said Fernandez has three prior arrests, all drug-related.
