A fire erupted at a CUNY campus in Upper Manhattan early Monday, authorities said.

Officials said the blaze was first reported at 10:38 a.m. at the City College of New York’s Baskerville Hall, which belongs to the chemistry department at the CUNY school.

The fire erupted in the basement of the building, according to authorities.

It reached two alarms just after 11 a.m., but authorities said there were no reported injuries.

The fire was ongoing and the cause wasn’t immediately known.
