A fire erupted Monday night at the Lower Manhattan site of a future Google campus, officials said.

The inferno broke out on the roof of the commercial building at 550 Washington St. in Hudson Square at about 6 p.m., according to FDNY.

It took just 20 minutes for firefighters to put out the two-alarm blaze.

Six firefighters suffered minor injuries and were treated at area hospitals, authorities said.

Google last month secured a lease to house part of its forthcoming Google Hudson Square campus at the four-story building.
