A Bronx man accused of setting a fire that killed a Yonkers firefighter has been charged with murder.

Westchester District Attorney Janet DiFiore yesterday announced a six-count indictment against Rafael Roldan in connection with the death of Patrick Joyce. The 16-year veteran was killed while battling a house fire on Oct. 2.
