The Lower Manhattan building that caught fire yesterday, re-ignited causing a 3-alarm blaze this morning, authorities said.

The Fulton Street building was engulfed in flames at 1:55 a.m. and reached 3-alarms by 3:30 a.m., the FDNY said.

It took 33 units and 138 firefighters over 3 hours to get the flames under control, the FDNY said.

The fire was extinguished at about 5:20 a.m., fire officials said.

One firefighter suffered minor injuries.

The cause of the fire is pending an investigation by the fire marshal.
