TRENTON, N.J. — Summer-like weather is posing a brush fire threat throughout New Jersey.
The National Weather Service has issued a fire weather watch for much of the state from 11 a.m. through Wednesday afternoon.
Forecasters say gusty southwest winds along with warm, dry air will create favorable conditions for the spread of brush fires.
Parts of the Garden State saw record-breaking high temperatures on Tuesday.
