One of the city’s oldest and biggest foster-care agencies filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday to try get its contract reinstated.

Eighty-year-old Little Flower Children and Family Service’s deal to help some 1,400 kids was terminated by the Administration for Children’s Services last month under a new process that the suit calls “deeply flawed.”
