A five-alarm fire ripped through a Brooklyn warehouse Sunday night, destroying a restaurant supply company and injuring a firefighter, officials said.

The fire started inside the one story building on Parkside Avenue near Rogers Avenue in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens around 11 p.m. and developed into a massive five-alarm inferno as the flames were fed by cooking oils inside.

It took more than 200 firefighters to put out the intense blaze, which caused the roof to collapse and was brought under control after 4 a.m. Monday morning.

One firefighter was treated for minor injuries a local hospital. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
