The FDNY firefighter father who rescued his 14-year-old daughter after she was chased in the street by a maniac and hit by a car said he will face her alleged attacker in a Queens courtroom Monday morning.

Omar Wilks will also ask prosecutors for an upgraded charge against 23-year-old Kevin Ramtahal, who was busted last Tuesday for chasing Wilks’ daughter, Amara Wilks, as she was on her way to school the morning of Dec. 6, the father told The Post.

“I will not sleep until I get full justice,” the dad said.

“I am calling for the new Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz to apply violent felony charges against this criminal Kevin Ramtahal who almost took the life of my child.”

Ramtahal is currently facing charges of reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.

While running from the suspect, who allegedly told Amara, “I’m coming after you,” the terrified teen was struck and injured by a 2001 Audi A6 near Jamaica Avenue and 110th Street.

By chance, her father, who works at Engine 294 in Queens, was called to the scene and discovered his daughter was the victim.

“I’m pulling in on the truck and I see my daughter laid out on the floor,” Omar had said to The Post. “I jumped off and ran to her. I picked her up in my arms like you hold a baby. She was bleeding from the bottom of her legs.”

“She asked me, ‘Daddy, am I going to die?’” Wilks said. “I assured her, “No! You’re going to make it.”

His daughter received surgery at Cohen’s Children Medical Center.

Omar said he’s looking forward to Monday’s court appearance to “stand face to face” with Ramtahal, who he called a “coward.”
