New mom Beyonce stepped out last night for the first time since the birth of her baby Blue Ivy last month — wearing a skintight, red-hot gown.

She was spotted just before midnight sneaking into hubby Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club to celebrate his earlier benefit performance at Carnegie Hall.

Earlier Jay-Z merely smiled and nodded when asked on the red carpet about his child.

Inside, the power couple wined and dined in the VIP area with rappers Nas and Santigold.
