Five hero cops were injured rescuing two men trapped inside a burning Queens building Monday, authorities said.

The blaze broke out in a home on 28th Street and 23rd Avenue in Astoria about 2:25 p.m.

The cops, who were responding to a 911 call about the blaze, rushed into the building and pulled out one resident, Karaff Aistopere, 63.

Three others got out on their own.

They were Michael Karrassaridis, 36, Mabrook Mohamoud, 28, and Ahmed Mustafa, 44.

One of them had a little help. He jumped from a window into the arms of an officer, police sources said.

All five police officers were treated for smoke inhalation — three at New York Cornell Hospital, and two at Mount Sinai Queens.
