A crazed attacker slashed five people on their faces outside of a South Bronx methodone clinic Saturday.

Cops said the man, who sported a mohawk and wore a gray sweatshirt, staged his rampage outside Narco Freedom Inc. on 148th Street near Willis Avenue just after 11 a.m.

The victims were taken to Lincoln Hospital with minor injuries, according to police.

It was not known whether the slasher knew any of his victims. His motive was also unknown.

The clinic treats people for drug and alcohol abuse.
