Two Florida eateries are suing each other over technology they think can “Brooklynize” their water, the secret ingredient in making scrumptious bagels and pizza dough.

The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. in Delray Beach is suing Mamma Mia’s Trattoria in Lake Worth, claiming the pizzeria used its technology, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported.

Mamma Mia is countersuing, claiming the bagel company illegally claimed a patent.
