Oh, say can you see — yourself being the next flag man?

For 40 years, Queens resident Dominick Papa has donated the Star-Spangled Banner to homes, schools and firehouses where American flags are missing or tattered.

Now, the World War II vet is looking to pass on the patriotic torch.

“I try to decorate the world with the American flag,” said Papa, 87.

Papa jots down addresses he sees without the Stars and Stripes, then returns with $3 flags.

“It’s a thing you put your heart and soul in,” he added. “Just tell me you want the job, and I’ll show you how it’s done.”
