A Brooklyn-based designer has created a hot new place to dock your iPod — a swimsuit capable of charging your MP3 player and camera.
The solar-powered swimsuit features photovoltaic panels sewn together with conductive thread to soak up the sun while you’re soaking up the sun.
The hand-stitched suit costs nearly $200 to make.
Its designer, Andrew Schneider, also hopes to manufacture a male swimsuit that would be able to cool beer, although he doesn’t say where you’d store the brew.
