What a butthead.

A high-flying diva got a transatlantic flight crew fired up yesterday when she sparked a cigarette twice on her way to JFK, authorities said.

Yet despite the banning of onboard smoking years ago, Renate Wilson was not charged.

Wilson, 55, was on an Austrian Airlines flight from Vienna when she lit up in a bathroom, police sources said.

The flight crew told her she wasn’t allowed to smoke, but Wilson returned to her seat and brazenly began puffing away again.

When the flight landed, Port Authority cops detained Wilson, but the feds told them to cut her loose.

Wilson’s estranged husband, Fred, said he wasn’t surprised.

“For years she’d sneak in the bathroom on planes to smoke, but she never got in trouble,” said Fred.
