A flight from Newark to Orlando was diverted to JFK airport Sunday night after the plane’s pilot reported a smoke condition in the cockpit, officials said.
Jetblue’s flight 227 landed safely at about 7:15 p.m. and all 146 passengers were removed from the plane, according to a Port Authority spokeswoman.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the smoke condition is being investigated, the PA said.
Jetblue didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
