A Florida woman visiting New York City with her boyfriend has gone missing, cops said.

Freida Yakubov,37, who suffers from memory loss, drove from Sarasota, Florida to Manhattan with her boyfriend for the holidays.

When they arrived, she dropped him off near West 16th Street and Sixth Avenue around 8 a.m. on Christmas Day, went to circle for parking and never returned.

Police sources say Yakubov suffered a head injury in a car accident that sparks bouts of memory-loss. That may be a factor that led to her disappearance, the sources said.

She was last seen in her black 2009 BMW 1 series with Florida plates.

She has a slim-build, blonde hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a white sweater and grey sweatpants.
