A simple plan for an audio version of the New Testament has become a legal battle of biblical proportions.

Tim Braun says Liquid Media of Long Island missed the deadline to get the CDs into stores before Christmas 2008. Liquid Media says it met its deadlines and accuses Braun of not paying for the work. The parties are suing each other in Brooklyn federal court.
