A woman was injured when a pickup truck rolled over her as she was crossing a street in the Bronx, disturbing surveillance video released by police Wednesday shows.

The dark-colored truck was backing into a parking spot in front of 1789 Pitman Ave. in Wakefield just before 8 p.m. Sept. 22 when it struck the 50-year-old woman, police said.

The driver had fled by the time police arrived to find the suffering victim on the ground.

The truck quickly reversed, but then stopped once both of its back wheels were over the victim’s body, the video shows.

The unidentified woman was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi, where she remains in stable condition.
