Harold Ford Jr’s listening tour is bringing him to The Bronx later today, as he is set to sit down with the county’s Democratic leader, Assemblyman Carl Heastie, The Post has learned.

Ford and Heastie are set to meet at Tosca in Throgs Neck late this afternoon, sources said.

Heastie has not appeared pre-disposed to a Ford candidacy – he has praised Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand’s work and hosted her at a holiday event in December.

But the meeting is a significant one as Ford weighs whether to throw his hat into the ring.
