A grocery store worker was killed in in Brooklyn Tuesday when a forklift fell down a ramp and crushed him, authorities said.

Gustavo Tapia, 22, was using a pallet stacker to push a broken forklift onto the roof of Moisha’s Discount Supermarket on Avenue M in Midwood just before 6 p.m. when the forklift rolled backwards down the ramp, pinning Tapia against a wall, police said.

Tapia, of Brighton Beach, was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival, according to cops.
