Another old government hand from the David Dinkins administration is joining Mayor de Blasio at City Hall.

Emily Lloyd — who was sanitation chief under ex-Mayor Dinkins — has been appointed as commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection.

It’s a title Lloyd also held for four years under former Mayor Mike Bloomberg.

De Blasio, himself a former Dinkins aide, has tapped a handful of his former colleagues for top roles.
