A home-decor maven who was one of the first female executives at Louis Vuitton was cleaned out by her sticky-fingered maid, who swiped several pricey Cartier diamond rings and pawned at least one worth $64,000, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.

Bettye Musham, 80, who broke the glass ceiling in the ’70s by becoming a rare female boss, told cops that Chadmila Lopez betrayed her by sneaking off with four rings worth nearly $150,000 from her tony co-op apartment on East 57th Street near Park Avenue, sources said.

Lopez is suspected of stealing two Cartier diamond rings, a Cartier sapphire ring and an Enamel diamond gypsy ring from Musham’s dresser sometime between Oct. 15 and Oct. 28 last year. Lopez, 28, admitted to snatching two of the rings, according to court papers.
