Fotis Dulos’ bail hearing will move forward Wednesday afternoon, even without him present following his suicide attempt.
The accused wife-killer remains in critical condition after trying to fatally poison himself with carbon monoxide Tuesday at his mansion in Farmington, Connecticut, according to the Hartford Courant.
He is charged with the murder of Jennifer Dulos, his estranged wife and the mother of his children, who was last seen May 24.
The suicide attempt came as a judge weighed whether to revoke the Greek real estate developer’s $6 million bond and throw him behind bars. His bond was in question because the insurer that backed it, Palmetto Surety Company, raised concerns over the collateral that was put up.
Celebrity bondsman Ira Judelson is expected to back Dulos’ bond going forward.
“I’m prepared to as long as we get everything we need to get it in place,” Judelson told The Post on Wednesday morning.
The hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. in Stamford Superior Court after Dulos failed to show up to the one on Tuesday. That prompted police to do a wellness check — during which Dulos was found in his garage, sitting in a car with a hose snaked from the tailpipe, sources told the Courant.

GastonEmergency responders who worked on resuscitating the 52-year-old detected a faint pulse — after it was initially believed he had died. He was eventually flown via helicopter to Jacobi Medical Center in The Bronx and placed in a hyperbaric chamber.
Carrie Luft, a spokeswoman for Jennifer Dulos’ family, declined to comment on the dramatic turn of events.
“It would not be appropriate for us to comment at this time,” she said.
