Slay suspect Fotis Dulos was hauled off to a Connecticut jail Tuesday — but not before denying there was enough proof to show he killed estranged wife Jennifer.
The 52-year-old contractor was being led by troopers out of the Connecticut State Police barracks in Bridgeport — with his hands cuffed behind his back — when a reporter shouted to him, “Fotis! Do you believe police have the evidence to convict you on the murder?”
The suspect shook his head no.
Officers then finished putting his seatbelt on in the front passenger side of the silver sedan police vehicle before driving him to MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution in Suffield to await arraignment Wednesday.
Dulos was charged with Jennifer Dulos’s murder earlier in the day.
