The daughter of famed photographer Gordon Parks says her celebrity-chef husband is behind on child support and illegally diverted money from the sale of a house to avoid paying her, according to a new lawsuit.

After the high-profile marriage of Leslie Parks and Brooklyn restaurateur Alan Harding ended, he consistently failed to pay support for their two young kids, her suit says.

Harding offered to sell a Cobble Hill house to raise money for his arrears, and agreed in court to put the excess, $115,000, into escrow for the kids.

But the suit, filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court, says only a quarter of the expected overage went into escrow after his real-estate lawyer gave half of the sale’s proceeds to Harding’s brother.

“It’s making my life completely difficult,” Parks told The Post.

Harding’s divorce lawyer, Barry Elisofon, said that his client has cleaned up his arrears and that he’d be moving to dismiss the suit.
