Five psychiatric patients were rushed to a hospital after smoking a batch of synthetic pot at a Ward’s Island facility, police sources said Friday.

Emergency responders were called to the Kirby Forensic Psychiatric Center located at 600 East 125th Street about 8:44 a.m., officials said.

Three of the patients were found unconscious and two others were found vomiting as EMS responded, sources said.

They were initially in serious condition, but they were all stabilized, cops said.

It wasn’t immediately clear how they obtained the substance.

Three of them were rushed to Harlem Hospital and two others were being treated at Metropolitan Hospital Center, police said.

The incident is still under investigation.
