Fowl play!
A serene Norman Rockwell moment ended up in a soggy mess for a young child who fell into Sheepshead Bay while attempting to feed some ducks last Friday.
Cops said that the boy plunged into the murky water from the footbridge near the corner of Emmons and Ocean avenues at 7:30 pm as he was trying to feed a passing water fowl.
The child’s father and several witnesses jumped into the water to retrieve the tyke, pulling him out of the frigid waters without difficulty.
The unnamed child sustained a cut to his head and was taken to Coney Island Hospital for observation, an FDNY spokesman said.
