The accused lowlife coordinated a cocaine sale with a buyer and had his teenager “complete the transaction,” in a May 26 hometown deal, according to cops and court documents.

He’s accused of sending his daughter to deliver the drugs and bring him back the cash.

Cops executing a search warrant for Pena’s house found 13 bags of cocaine while the suspect was sleeping, according to a criminal complaint.

Pena was reportedly sleeping at the time of the raid.

The cellphone used in the drug deal was also found at the residence, prosecutors said. Pena was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, conspiracy in the third degree, use of a child to commit a controlled substance offense and endangering the welfare of a child.
