The Philadelphia man mowed down in Manhattan by an allegedly drunken tour-bus driver was remembered yesterday as a loyal friend and “perfect son.”
Timothy White’s neighbors said he was a “give-you-the-shirt-off-his-back” guy. His father, Robert, said he was the “perfect son” and “an inspiration.”
Meanwhile, one of alleged DUI driver Steven Drappel’s old business partners said Drappel was an enthusiastic drinker.
Drappel has been charged with vehicular manslaughter and DUI in the death of White, who was hit in Midtown on Saturday night.
