Police Commissioner Ray Kelly yesterday nixed Nik Wallenda’s dream of walking a tightrope between the Chrysler and Empire State buildings.

“I would say no . . . It’s dangerous,” Kelly said of the latest Flying Wallenda’s chance of getting permission for the 4,000-foot midair stroll.

On Sunday, Wallenda, 34, completed a 22-minute, quarter-mile walk on a 2-inch-wide cable 1,500 feet above the Little Colorado River Gorge near the Grand Canyon. And last year, he walked over Niagara Falls.
