From ‘fraud’ bail to bust
An alleged con man who claimed to run a Wall Street firm but actually worked out of a Staten Island mall has been busted again, after getting bail on the condition that he stay away from the investment business.
Kenneth Marsh had been allowed to post bail — under condition that he steer clear of anything remotely connected with the investment business.
However, prosecutors recently noticed Marsh was back online, trumpeting stocks and helping put out a subscription investment newsletter.
At a hearing in Brooklyn federal court yesterday, prosecutors argued that Marsh was engaging in the same sham boiler-room techniques.
