The upstate criminal who was busted after three days on the lam stayed mum Tuesday morning as he was led out of a Brooklyn police precinct.

Joshua Stuart, 42 — who had been hiding out in Brooklyn after shooting at police in Poughkeepsie on Friday — looked down as he was carted out of the NYPD’s 68th Precinct around 10:30 a.m., escorted by two detectives and a New York State trooper.

Stuart, who was wearing a white Tyvek suit, white booties and a five-o’clock shadow, was headed for Brooklyn court, where he is due to appear before a judge on charges of robbery, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
