A sticky-fingered Queens school secretary — who was ratted out by her own granddaughter — was fined $14,000 yesterday for skimming school funds to buy family goods.

Among the expenses that former Middle College HS secretary Debbie Rizzo billed to taxpayers were $950 for a washer and dryer, $1,100 for a car service, $2,000 for a new couch, and $1,500 for cellphone and Internet charges since 2007.

She also bought a host of other household goods using a school purchasing card.

Rizzo was busted in August after her teenage granddaughter blabbed to the principal about the thefts.

Rizzo copped to misusing $7,000 in school funds before the city’s Conflicts of Interest Board.

She did not return a call for comment.
