A funeral service for slain NYPD Officer Brian Moore will be held Friday in Seaford, LI, according to arrangements released Tuesday.

The service will be held at St. James Roman Catholic Church at 80 Hicksville Road at 11 a.m.

Moore will then be buried at St. Charles Roman Catholic Cemetery in Farmingdale, LI,

A wake for the cop is set for Thursday — from 2 to 4:30 p.m and 7 to 9:30 p.m — at the Chapey & Sons Funeral Home at 20 Hicksville Road in Bethpage, LI.
