A New Jersey mushroom con was ordered canned yesterday — for 28 months for selling his employer’s gourmet fungi through a rival firm he secretly ran.

Gino Silva, 44, pleaded guilty last year to ripping off D’Artagnan, a Newark gourmet-mushroom distributor, where he was inventory-control manager, federal prosecutors said.
