A 61-year-old woman was arrested yesterday for stabbing a 21-year-old man to death in a dispute in her Brooklyn apartment, cops said.

Joan John stabbed Akeem Burrows in the stomach at 4:05 a.m. yesterday after a heated argument at 1565 Lincoln Place in Crown Heights, police said.

Burrows ran to another building, where he was found dead in the hallway.

John, charged with murder, claims she acted in self-defense.
