A Staten Island woman claims the city Housing Authority won’t give her a fair shot to become its first female bricklayer.

Rita Walsh, 52, claims she was wrongly passed over for a job in bricks and mortar because the authority “wanted someone strong,” according to the lawsuit she filed against the agency in Manhattan Federal Court.
