A Manhattan nurse claims she was all lined up to get a $70,000-a-year job as clinical director at New York Dermatology Group when she encountered an unexpected wrinkle: The doctor in charge asked her to consider letting him inject her face with Botox.

Juliette Cowdin, 57, refused, “preferring not to introduce powerful bio-toxins into her face,” according to a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit filed last week.

“While she is indeed a woman of a certain age, her robust health, fitness and general wellness is naturally obtained through a lifetime of proper nutrition, exercise and healthful living,” the RN’s suit claims.

Still, she was offered the job by Dr. David Colbert and given a start date of early September. But she never received a contract to sign and by October was told the job was “no longer available,” she claims.

Felicia Ennis, lawyer for the dermatologist’s office, said Cowdin’s claims have no merit.
