She should have overlooked the missing closet rods.

Roberta Campbell, ex-wife of Intuit software chair Bill Campbell, lost her $4.68 million down payment on a swanky Upper East Side co-op yesterday when a judge ruled she lacked grounds to back out of the $18.75 million purchase.

After a 2009 inspection of her new converted suite in the Mark Hotel, Campbell griped about unstained floors, a lack of heat or hot water — and no closet hanger rods.

But Manhattan federal Judge William Pauley III said a city temporary certificate of occupancy proved the place was habitable.

He said Campbell’s other complaints were “punch-list” items the developer could fix after the closing.

Pauley also noted that Campbell, who “lives at 15 Central Park West, one of the most desirable addresses in Manhattan,” isn’t exactly hurting.

Her lawyer declined comment.
