Gal saved in LIE inferno
An anonymous good Samaritan saved Marie Stephanie Medina’s life yesterday amid this deadly fireball on the Long Island Expressway.
Medina’s Dodge Neon stalled between exits 48 and 49 when a gasoline tanker struck her, flipped on its side and burst into flames.
Someone yanked Medina, 29, of Bayonne, NJ, from her car.
“He saved me. I kept thanking him,” she recalled.
Medina was treated for minor injuries. The tanker driver, a Brooklyn man in his 50s, died at the scene.
