The homeless man accused of whacking a woman with a wooden plank is back in Bellevue’s prison ward after going berserk at his arraignment Sunday.

Andre Lineaux, 51, tried to run across a Manhattan Criminal courtroom and grab a court officer’s gun, and had to be wrestled to the ground, sources said.

He faces new raps in addition to the charges of assault and criminal possession of a weapon he was slapped with for allegedly attacking Kim Chong, 74, of Queens, at 6:15 p.m. Saturday in Midtown.

She remains hospitalized at Bellevue with head injuries.

Meanwhile, sources revealed yesterday that Lineaux also uses the alias Wayne Gordon and has previously given authorities a 1965 birth date and a Bronx address.

He has three prior arrests, including a 1987 drug bust that landed him in prison for several years, the sources added.
