An avid video gamer threatened to bomb Nintendo’s Rockefeller Center store — because it removed the kiosks for a popular game called “Super Smash Bros.,” cops said on ­Saturday.

The threats were made on the Nintendo World Forum Web Site in April and May.

The NYPD said it is investigating, and the Web site said the FBI is also looking into the threats.
