Members of a Queens gang “fished” checks out of postal boxes by lowering blocks wrapped in adhesive duct tape and reeling in their catch, officials said Wednesday.

Eleven members of the Snow gang were arrested for clearing $33,500 through the scheme in the past two months alone, officials said.

The gang “systematically defrauded victims” by forging stolen checks, NYPD Commissioner William Bratton said.
