A gay Staten Island man says he lost his job at a shoe company after he was forced to out himself in a bitter harassment case.

Thomas Tucker was overseeing six stores for The Rockport Company when he suspended a female employee accused of stealing, his Brooklyn federal lawsuit claims.

The woman allegedly retaliated by telling Tucker’s supervisor, Ronald Guschel, that he had sexually harassed her.

Tucker has been out of work since. He’s seeking unspecified damages from Guschel and Rockport. Neither Guschel nor Rockport returned Post calls.
