Ninety-three-year-old wiseguy John “Sonny” Franzese hobbled into Brooklyn federal court yesterday and pleaded not guilty to charges he shook down Manhattan strip clubs for cash.

The reputed underboss of the Colombo crime family — who in his heyday palled around with Frank Sinatra and financed the 1970’s porn classic “Deep Throat” — told reporters it was no big deal facing the serious charges at his advanced age.

“I got to die someplace,” he shrugged. “I die outside, or I die in jail. It don’t matter to me.”

The charges — that Franzese shook down the Hustler and Penthouse strip clubs — are part of a sweeping takedown of the Colombo hierarchy that began in 2008.

In his heyday, Franzese, who is free on bail, was a regular at the Copacabana nightclub, where he hung out with Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr.
