A man on prescription drugs left his 2-year-old daughter alone in a Massapequa, LI, shopping center’s parking lot for more than an hour, authorities said.

An off-duty cop found her at 10:20 a.m. Saturday outside Carmans Plaza. She was released to her mother.

When her dazed-looking dad returned, he couldn’t recall where he’d left her. He was admitted to a hospital with a rapid heart rate and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
